Altenburg Advisory (“Altenburg”) is delighted to have advised Pelican Capital in arranging a £10m facility from AURELIUS Finance Company to support their acquisition of the UK’s largest professional probate genealogy firm, Finders International (“Finders”)

 

The debt facility from AURELIUS Finance Company, structured as a bespoke £10m senior-secured RCF, was used to support the initial acquisition and will also provide ongoing working capital to drive continued growth.
