ACP Altenburg Advisory is delighted to have supported Broadlight Group (“Broadlight”) in raising debt funding to complete two acquisitions.
Broadlight is a group of like-minded B2B marketing agencies working with start-ups and established businesses that require growth focused digital marketing and sales outreach.
In December 2021, Broadlight completed the acquisition of Generate UK, a 22-person multi-discipline agency, and in March 2022, they completed the acquisition of Pixal, a digital advertising agency specialising in Pay-per-Click (“PPC”), Facebook and LinkedIn.
Altenburg Advisory helped structure and arranged a term debt facility as well as a committed line for future acquisitions.
